I am going to make this drink tomorrow. Pint glass filled with ice, squeeze of lime, one shot sour mix, one shot soda, 2 count vodka, rum, tequila & gin. Stir, Float 2 count Chambourd & Blue caraco. Quick stir if desired. Garnish with lime wedge. There's no need for triple sec if you use blue caraco because they are both orange liquers. I add the soda and sour first so not to over pour liquor. This drink is strong enough. I have my favorite lineup of spirits but you can create your own flavor profile based on your taste or budget. Ive had many variations at different bars so have fun with this one and make it your own!

this is made for the GrAteful Dead because of their "steal your face" icon that is red, blue and white...not supposed to stir all the ingredients together.

White liquor, circle the glass halfway with raspberry, other half with blue. Dig it

Original Greatful dead was a razberry long island iced tea with sprite instead of coke. Variation of the drink using blue curacao instead of triple sec for a tye dye effect was invented by a bartender in Jacksonville Fl named Jerry in 1996

To those of you making this drink the wrong way.mrmagic above is correct! The drink was made after the band "Greatful Dead", and they were know for their "tie~die" so you pour razz, and blue curacao at the same time to give it the tie die look

This is suppose to be made with chambord topped with sprite or 7-up, not raspberry syrup.

You're supposed to drop Raspberry Liquer on on side and Blue Curacao to make it tie-dye man!
