Hong Kong Black Bomb Drink Recipe

This is a flaming drink. Please read our notes about flaming drinks and be careful.

Ingredients

2/3 oz. Absinthe
2/3 glass Stout (Guinness)
2/3 oz. Jägermeister
2/3 oz. Rum, overproof/151 proof

Mixing Instructions

Fill Guinness Stout into a highball glass about 2/3 full. Layer Absinthe, Jagermeister and 151 rum into a 2 oz. shooter glass. Light the 151, let it burn for 2 seconds, then drop into the highball glass. Drink it all.
