Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Irish Cream (Bailey's)
  • 8 parts Milk
  • 1 part Water
  • 1 tsp. Coffee, instant
  • 1 scoop Ice Cream, chocolate

Glass to Use

Mixing Instructions

Pour the water (about 1 oz./3 cL) into a cocktail shaker and add the instant coffee and some sugar (optional), then shake. When the coffee has dissolved, add milk and shake again. Pour into a cup and add Bailey's and a scoop of ice cream.

Note: use 1 tsp. of Nescafe instant coffee. If you use a different brand, add more, since they tend to be a bit weaker.
