Ingredients

1 oz. Irish Cream (Bailey's)
1 oz. Rum, light
1 oz. Lime Juice
1 sprinkle (crushed) Cracker, Graham
wheel Lime
2 1/2 scoops Ice Cream, vanilla
1 splash Whipped cream

Glass to Use

Flute glass

Mixing Instructions

Blend Rum, Bailey's, lime juice, and ice cream together until smooth. Pour into champagne flute and garnish with whipped cream and lime wheel. Then, sprinkle crushed graham cracker on top of the whipped cream.
