Sweet November Drink Recipe

This is a flaming drink. Please read our notes about flaming drinks and be careful.

Ingredients

1/3 oz. Absinthe
1/3 oz. Irish Cream (Bailey's)
1/3 oz. Marie Brizard (Marie Brizard)
1/3 oz. Rum, dark

Mixing Instructions

Layer ingredients as follows: Creme de Cassis, Bailey's, dark rum and absinthe. You'll get four distinctive colours. Ignite the absinthe and serve. Drink through a straw.
