Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 oz. Cachaca
  • 4 wedges Lime
  • 2 tsp. Sugar

How to Make It

  1. Muddle the sugar with the lime wedges in a rocks glass.
  2. Fill glass with ice.
  3. Add Cachaca.
  4. Stir well.

Preparation Notes

  • Other fresh fruits can be used in place of lime to make variations of the classic Caipirinha.
  • In the absence of cachaça, vodka can be used, making a caipiroska.

    very good drink, really easy to drink. hardly any traces of the cachaca in the drink and sweet of the sugar and the sour of the lime juice balances out really well. simply tasty
