How to Make It

Pour around five or six ounces of chilled pineapple juice into a glass, add two shots of quality chilled vodka, and top it all off with a splash of cranberry juice (just enough to slightly change the color to a red/orange). Mix thoroughly and serve.

Contributor notes

The drink was named after a really nice bartender named Marcos. He made all these drinks at a graduation party and no one could even taste the alcohol, some of the people didn't even know it had vodka in it because it tasted so perfect. When it was all said and done Marcos started adding splashes of cranberry to change the color of the drink so everyone knew it had alcohol in it. The red splash represented the alcoholic drink and distinguished it from the rest of the non-alcoholic. The name diablo came when everyone saw the drink changing colors, the GOOD drinks were orange, the bad (evil) drinks had a hint of red from the cranberry.
