Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Port, ruby
  • 12 oz. Stout
  • 2 tsp. Water
  • 1/8 tsp. Cinnamon (ground)
  • 1/8 tsp. (grated) Nutmeg
  • 2 tsp. Sugar, superfine

How to Make It

Add water and sugar to a beer mug and stir until sugar dissolves. Pour the stout, being careful to create about a 1/2-inch of head. Add the port carefully on top so that it floats. Add a sprinkle of cinammon and nutmeg.
