Strawberry Sunset Drink Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 shot Rum, overproof/151 proof
- 2 shots Rum, raspberry
- 1 shot Orange Juice
- 3 shots Passion Fruit Juice
- As needed Syrup, strawberry
- 1 whole Strawberries
How to Make It
Start by mixing the strawberry syrup with the orange juice until a hint of pink shows through evenly. Next, in a separate glass mix one shot of 151 rum with 2 shots of passion fruit juice. Stir well. In a third container mix the 2 shots of raspberry rum with 1 shot of passion fruit juice.
Prepare your strawberry (with leaves) by slicing it once along the point followed by three cross cuts. It should flower now. Finally, pour the orange juice mix in the bottom of your glass. Slowly pour the 151 mix on top, followed by the raspberry rum mix. Top it all off by placing your strawberry on the lip of the glass and serve.
