Sangria is a wine punch made with fruit, wine, and often other spirits. With the variety of sangria recipes available, the alcohol content can also vary considerably.

Typically, sangria consists of red wine, chopped fruit, some amount of other spirits such as brandy or triple sec, a sweetener such as fruit juice, and possibly soda for carbonation.
