Glossary:

A brand of cognac made originally made by the Courvoisier company in Jarnac, France, since 1835. It is aged in special barrels made from French limousin oak trees, cultivated from state forests when they are between 100 and 200 years old, and the casks are made on site. Everything is directed by a Master Blender.

The Courvoisier company has a rich history that is tied to Napolean Bonaparte.
