Acapulco Drink Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Rum, light
  • 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
  • 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
  • 1 sprig Mint
  • 1 white Eggs
  • 1 tsp. Sugar

How to Make It

Put ice into a cocktail shaker and add everything except the mint. Shake well (you've got egg white in there, remember). Pour into a rocks glass with ice cubes, and add a mint sprig on top.

    This is great! Mojito's (my recipe) Are my number one drink and this has to be my number 2! Love it, it has a nice foamy texture, but I put the mint in the shaker instead of on the side to give it a subtle mint flavor
