Chi-Chi Drink Recipe

Glass to Use


  • 1/2 oz. Brandy, blackberry
  • 1 1/2 oz. Rum, light
  • 1 oz. Cream of coconut
  • 4 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 1 slice Pineapple
  • 1/2 Cup Ice
  • Top with Whipped cream

Mixing Instructions

Chill a highball glass. Blend rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut and ice in a bar blender. Pour into the chilled glass over ice cubes. Layer the brandy on top, and top with whipped cream. Garnish with a slice of pineapple.
