How to Make It

Mix some cocoa powder and some sugar on a small plate. Rim glass with honey and dip into the sugar mix. Shake Bailey's and creme de cacao in a shaker filled with ice, and strain into glass. Decorate with chocolate

    Second round: added 1/2 oz. of Rye Whiskey. Takes a little bit of the sweetness back a bit. Let it be known that DIABETES IN A GLASS is now comprised of the Chocobaileys plus one half an ounce of bourbon of some sort. Or Scotch, if you're into that kind of thing.

    I am having one right now! It is delicious, though possibly too sweet for human consumption. That is not stopping me from mixing another one as soon as I finish this post. I would respectfully submit a better name, however, and that name is: DIABETES IN A GLASS.
