Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Absinthe
  • 2 oz. Amaretto
  • 1 bottle Cherry Soda
  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 4 cubes Ice
  • 2 cubes Sugar, cubes

How to Make It

Shake absinthe, amaretto and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into glass over ice and sugar cubes, top with cherry soda and stir.

You may want to adjust lemon juice to taste, this does still come out a bit sour.

Meh, I just made this but ended up giving it away. Too much Absinthe taste for my liking. I do like the tang of the lemon, though. I'm glad I tried it, but I won't be making it again.
