Coquito Drink Recipe

  • 1 qt. Rum, white
  • 14 oz. Condensed Milk
  • 15 oz. Cream of coconut
  • 1/2 qt. Water
  • 3 whole Cinnamon Stick
  • 4 yolks Eggs
  • 12 oz. Evaporated Milk

How to Make It

Add cinnamon sticks to water and boil until water is yellow. Add evaporated milk, condensed milk and yolks and cook at low temperature. Stir occasionally. Once it has boiled for a few minutes, add rum and cream of coconut. Stir, remove from heat and cool. Store in refridgerator.

    Im soo glad I found it! I remember sneakin sips when I was a kid during holidays. My Abuela is not with me now, So imma make sure I take a Big Sip for her! R.I.P.
