Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz. Brandy, cherry
  • 3/4 oz. Gin
  • 1 tbsp. Vermouth, dry
  • 1 dash Bitters, orange
  • 1 dash Lemon Juice

How to Make It

  1. Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake well until chilled.
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass.

    I use Peter Heering cherry liquor for the brandy, and make it 2:2:1:1 (with dash bitters; i.e. more lemon juice than this recipe). This is one of our house cocktails.
