Hot Buttered Rum Drink Recipe

  • 2 oz. Rum, dark
  • 4 oz. (boiling) Water
  • 1 whole Cloves
  • 1 tsp. Sugar, brown
  • 1 tsp. Butter

How to Make It

Pour the water and the brown sugar into an Irish Coffee glass. Stir until the brown sugar is dissolved. Add the Rum and the clove and stir. Drop the butter on top of the drink, and dust with a light layer of nutmeg.

    My new favorite drink. I have been looking for a buttery drink for so long and i finaly found one. I don't even have cloves and it was awsome.

    Pretty good, has a sweet rum taste to it. I had to substitute the dark rum and brown sugar with plain white sugar and white rum and it still tasted good, can't wait to try it with all correct ingredients
