Lychee Mojito Drink Recipe


Mixing Instructions

Muddle mint, limes and lychees with lychee syrup in a cocktail shaker. Fill up with ice and pour in the light rum. Shake it and pour into a high ball glass. Top with Club Soda.

I had 2 at The Tamarind Seed in Atlanta and they were delicious! Very refreshing! Finding lychee syrup was a little tricky, but it's worth the effort.

Had several at Lumi restaurant the other night and I have to say they are the best drinks I have ever had, and I have had a lot.
