How to Make It

  1. Stir 5 parts gin and 1 part vermouth with ice in a mixing glass.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass and add the olive as garnish.
  3. An acceptable alternate garnish is to squeeze the oil from a lemon peel into the drink.

    Finally, someone got the perfect ratio of gin to vermouth.. 1 and 84 hundredths would be terrible.. I also feel I should be employee of the month
