Parrot Head Mojito Drink Recipe
Serving size: 1 drink
- 1 1/2 oz. Rum, mango
- Top with Carbonated Water/Club Soda
- 3 1/2 oz. Mango Nectar
- 3 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 3 pieces Mint
- 2 tbsp. Syrup, raspberry
How to Make It
Put a few mint leaves and the raspberry syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker and muddle together. Add ice, mango nectar, pineapple juice and rum, then shake vigorously. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top off with club soda, and raspberries (rum-soaked for an extra kick if you'd like). Garnish with a pineapple or mango wedge.
