Russian Ice Cream Float Drink Recipe
Serving size: 250 mL (1 cup)
How to Make It
Blend ice, schnapps, vodka, and Kahlua in a blender on high until ice is pulverized. Add ice cream and mix on low until smooth. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream. Drizzle caramel syrup over top, and garnish with a maraschino cherry that still has its stem. Can be made up to 45 minutes ahead of time, and placed in freezer (without whipped cream, caramel and cherry; add those right before you serve them).
