Oct 12th, 2022One piece of ice, Anis dulce and Brandy into a snifter - in this order - the anis carefully or over a spoon. The anis dulce is heavier than the Brandy.

Dec 8th, 2017My grandad used to make it unmixed. Pouring the brandy into a shot glass first, and then gently over the back of a spoon adding the anisette.
