I didn't have amaretto, but Everclear + Irish cream is grand. A bit strong, but I added a touch of 2% milk and it was fine. Irish cream has always been nice but so weak it feels like a bit of a waste. This is nice. Couldn't find my shaker, though, and the Everclear curdled the Irish cream .
