Drink of the Week for Jun 4th, 2004: Gin And Juice

What we had to say

It seems that after last week's debacle of ugly kittens, certain leaders of certain political parties took offense at the implications that their visionary portraitures could horribly transmogrify cute kittens into frightening monsters. We told them the problem was their PR people, but that didn't really seem to placate them. They started phoning us and harassing us, then they came over and held a protest in front of Drinknation HQ. We think that was Pat Buchanan's idea. Afraid that they would turn violent (you know how political leaders are these days), we were forced to activate our newly installed, highly advanced Drinknation Perimeter Defense System (patent pending). This system is so advanced, it can repel Democrats and Republicans at the same time. The technology behind the DPDS is complex, having been secretly forged by a crack team of scientists and engineers in a heavily-guarded laboratory in the desert, but it works something like this:

1. Get up on the roof
2. Drop angry raccoons on intruders

Needless to say, that put an end to the issue. If you've never seen a politician swarmed by small furry mammals, then you're what we call "lazy". There's a lot of politicians out there, and they're not going to cover themselves with angry raccoons, we can assure you. So this election, get out there and put an angry animal down a politician's pants. Your country will thank you for it.
