Ingredients

2 oz. Brandy
2 dashes Bitters
Fill with Carbonated Water/Club Soda
1 oz. Lime Juice
1 tsp. Sugar, powdered

Glass to Use

Collins glass

Mixing Instructions

Add lime juice, sugar and a bit of carbonated water to a collins glass. Fill with ice and stir. Add brandy and bitters, then fill the rest of the way with carbonated water. Serve with a swizzle stick.
