Ingredients

1 oz. Rum, Jamaican (Appleton Estates)
1/2 oz. Curacao, orange
1 oz. Rum, dark (Saint James Hors D'Age)
1 whole Cherries/Maraschinos
1 whole (juice of whole) Lime
1 piece (sprig) Mint
1 piece (fresh spear) Pineapple
1/2 oz. Orgeat Syrup
2 tsp. Sugar Syrup

Glass to Use

Double Old Fashioned glass

Mixing Instructions

Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice. Pour into glass and garnish with pineapple, cherry and mint sprig. Add half a lime shell for color.
