Ingredients

1/2 oz. Amaretto
1/4 oz. Lime Cordial
1 1/4 oz. Vodka, vanilla
3 oz. Pineapple Juice

Glass to Use

Cocktail glass

Mixing Instructions

Shake ingredients very well in a cocktail shaker with ice until slightly foamy. Strain into sugar rimmed glass. Garnish with a lime wedge. Foam should resemble meringue floating on top.
