I drop the vodka to 1/2 part, and after shaking all the ingredients together and pouring into glasses, I pour about 3 parts Ginger Ale from as high as you can to splash it deep. Then let set without stirring for 3 minutes and watch the carbonation "bake" the gingerbread man into a firm texture on top of the drink.

We use Hot Damn instead of Goldschlager; not as expensive but still makes a great tasting drink.

Thanks for the recipe - had made it a long time ago, but I used rootbeer schnapps - love it

A great winter or Christmas drink. Certainly something different......very good combo of liquors. Definitely worth a try. Nice website!!!!!!

If you think this is a harsh drink then maybe you should give up alcohol all together.....

I know that this is a shot, but I found it a bit harsh.
