Ingredients
- 1/2 oz. Brandy
- 1 glass Champagne
- 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
- 2 dashes Bitters, Angostura
- 1 cube Sugar, cubes
Mixing Instructions
Put 1 sugar cube in the bottom of a champagne flute, and shake Angostura Bitters over it until the cube turns brown. Mix brandy & Grand Marnier in a small jug in equal parts. Pour about 1 inch of this killer mix gently over the sugar cube.
Top the glass up with Champagne.
