Bangkok Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz. Brandy
  • 1 glass Champagne
  • 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
  • 2 dashes Bitters, Angostura
  • 1 cube Sugar, cubes

Glass to Use

Mixing Instructions

Put 1 sugar cube in the bottom of a champagne flute, and shake Angostura Bitters over it until the cube turns brown. Mix brandy & Grand Marnier in a small jug in equal parts. Pour about 1 inch of this killer mix gently over the sugar cube.

Top the glass up with Champagne.

I believe this recipe comes from a certain hotel chain beginning with 'H' (same name as that girl Paris...) - was told it by someone who stayed there in Bangkok. Cracking recipe so thought I'd share it with you guys n gals... Enjoy :)
