Watermelon Madness Drink Recipe

Mixing Instructions

Puree and strain 5 cups cubed watermelon (will yield 2 cups of puree). Warm 1/2 cup water with 1/2 cup sugar and mint leaves. Steep for 10 minutes. Remove mint and cool. Add all ingredients to pitcher and stir. Shake over ice just before serving.

Substituted TripleSec for the orange Curacao, peach Stoli for the melon Liqueur, but the drink turned out wonderful!! Also skipped the puree step (I just put everything in the blender w/some ice). The consistency is not frozen, but it allows you to immediately add the sugar mint water, and still have a cool drink.

This is the perfect summer drink (and a good way to use up a watermelon) with the mint, thank you!
